Warehouse Policies for In-House Inventory
Cancellation
You can cancel orders within 24 hours.
Returns
Request to return an order (for either full or partial orders) must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 24 hours.
Warehouse Policies for Partner Inventory
Order limits
You may be subject to a weekly limit on the number of devices you can order.
Cancellation
You can’t cancel orders.
Order Fulfillment
Orders from this warehouse are not ready to ship right away, but you have the option to specify your fulfillment option, which can take from X-X days.
Shipping
Please be aware that shipping times for the Partner Warehouse are X to X days.
Returns
You will not be able to return items from the partner warehouse. We have included detailed grading information to give you an explanation on the exact conditions of devices you will be ordering, so there are no surprises.
